Shark leather watch strap, Dark brown matte
Beautiful and unique dark brown matte shark leather watch strap. The leather for the strap production is sourced from Italy, all certificates are available. The leather is processed with metal-free processing technique, which makes the leather safe for the watch straps use.
Shark leather is world known for its rough, course texture. Leather watch bands made of shark skin absorb significantly less water than traditional leather straps. This strap is entirely handmade.
The watch band is hand stitched with waxed French thread, that is a luxury thread for high-quality leather work. This thread is cabled, or corded, that means double twist. This technique increases significantly the thread’s solidity and makes it more rounded, thus particulary adaptable for leather work. Feel free to choose other thread colors presented below to customized the band for your timepiece.
Calfskin leather is used for lining. Edges are protected with Fiebbing’s to avoid moisture and dirt influence the leather with the time.
CUSTOM BUCKLE: in case you need other than listed buckle installed to the watch strap, please, check our buckles choice and chose the one you like to be installed to the watch strap. Black, gold, brass, matte, rose gold and other buckle designs are available at extra charge here.
CUSTOM DYED EDGES: edges can be dyed on request at any watch strap. We use professional edge dyeing paint from Italy and Japan. Over 50 colors are available. Link is here.
QUICK-RELEASES: quick-release pins can be installed to your custom made watch strap at extra charge Quick-releases are not available for Ammo straps, 3,5-4 mm bull leather, stingray and shark watch straps due to leather qualities. Link for quick-release pins order is here.
